Tony Smith, MPS, ACC, is an ICF-Certified Executive and Career Coach and a U.S. Air Force Veteran with over 15 years of experience in business analysis, organizational strategy, change management, and diversity and inclusion. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Organizational Change Management at Amtrak, they previously held significant roles at various organizations, including Booz Allen Hamilton and Northrop Grumman, where they led major projects in IT and organizational development. As the owner of Tony Smith Coaching, they specialize in guiding clients through career transitions and challenges. Smith has also actively contributed to employee resource groups focused on diversity and military communities throughout their career.
