Veronica Henry

Veronica Henry is a Sr. Program Manager and Contractor at Amtrak, where they conduct complex analytical and administrative functions related to federal funding for rail projects. Currently, they serve as the Director of Community Impact & Grants for United Way of Frederick County, managing community programs and advocacy efforts to support residents in achieving financial stability. Previously, they held multiple roles at the Housing Authority of the City of Frederick, including Homeownership Program and Family Self-Sufficiency Program Manager, where they positively impacted numerous families. With a strong background in public service and law, Veronica has also contributed as a Legislative Chief of Staff and has interned in various legal settings. They earned a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a B.A. in Psychology from UMBC, both with honors.
