W. Lee Wanveer

W. Lee WanVeer has extensive experience in organizational development and leadership management, currently serving as Director of OD & Talent Management at Amtrak since 2014, overseeing key initiatives such as Succession Management and Executive Development. Prior roles include Vice President of Leadership Development and Executive Coaching at Prudential Financial from 2003 to 2014, where W. Lee WanVeer spearheaded Global Leadership Development, and Director of Consulting Services at the Ethics Resource Center, providing advisory services on ethical practices. Additionally, as Director of Human Resource Development at Union Pacific Railroad, W. Lee WanVeer played a pivotal role in reversing revenue declines through strategic department growth. W. Lee WanVeer holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Behavior Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Maryland.
