Brent Anderson

Brent Anderson is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in workers' compensation law and legal counsel. Currently serving as Director and Staff Counsel at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. since December 2019, Brent previously held the position of Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney at Burns White LLC from November 2013 to November 2019. Brent's legal career began as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Thomas J. Shusted, Jr. at the Superior Court of New Jersey and included a role as a Law Clerk at the Office of Disciplinary Counsel of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, an MBA from Rutgers School of Business - Camden, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Haverford College.
