Colleen Flores is an experienced underwriting professional with a diverse background in insurance and risk management. Currently serving as an Underwriting Supervisor and previously as a Senior Underwriter at AmTrust Financial Services, Colleen has extensive expertise in reviewing and pricing hospitality and habitational risks, while fostering relationships with agents to enhance submission activity. Colleen's career includes key roles at Berkley Human Services as a Senior Production Underwriter and at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. as a Senior Risk Management Representative, focusing on public entities and municipalities. Additional experience includes strategic account management at UCA General Insurance and Lambent Risk Management Services, as well as business development at Ze/USI Insurance Services.
