Mike Salant

Mike Salant serves as the VP Finance and Global Head of Expense Management at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. since February 2021. Previously, Mike held several leadership roles at AIG, including Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, where responsibilities included P&L management reporting and the development of a global expense management system. Mike has an extensive background in finance and operations, having served as Chief Operating Officer of Global Lateral Recruiting at Credit Suisse and directed numerous finance-related functions across various organizations such as Prudential Financial and Lehman Brothers. Mike's educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Accounting & Finance from New York University.
