Diane Yodice

Diane Yodice has a strong background in the real estate and finance industry. Diane is currently working as the VP of Property Accounting at AmTrust Realty Corp. Prior to this, they served as the Corporate Controller at GFI Capital Resources Group, Inc., where they led the accounting team and handled multiple business lines such as residential real estate, hotel management, construction, and development. Their responsibilities included treasury management, internal controls, financial reporting, tax preparation, budgeting, forecasting, and providing Yardi support. Before joining GFI Capital, Diane worked as the Director of Property Accounting at AmTrust Realty Corp. and as a Group Financial Manager at Cushman & Wakefield. Diane began their career as a Property Manager at Prologis, Inc.

Diane Yodice has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. John's University in New York. Diane also completed the Real Property Administration program at the Building Owners & Managers Institute from 2004 to 2024. Additionally, they successfully completed the Salesperson's course, accredited by the NY Real Estate Institute, and obtained a certification in Property & Casualty Insurance from the NY Hill School of Insurance. Diane Yodice obtained their Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent certification from DiTommaso Real Estate in December 2022.
