Robert Hagerman

Robert Hagerman has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Robert started their career at Silverstein Properties, Inc. in 2013 as an Engineer's Helper, where they worked on a building renovation project and assisted the chief engineer in various tasks. In 2015, they joined Boston Properties as an Operating Engineer, responsible for operating and maintaining steam turbine refrigeration machines and conducting preventative maintenance programs. Since 2017, they have been working at AmTrust Realty Corp., initially as an Operating Engineer and then promoted to Chief Engineer in September 2021.
