Aditya Marathe has over eight years of experience in sales and marketing, currently serving as an Executive in Sales at Amul (GCMMF) since May 2015. In this role, Aditya manages the fresh products portfolio in the Aurangabad district of Maharashtra, overseeing channel partner appointments and product placement in retail outlets. Responsibilities include analyzing market information to refine marketing strategies, conducting visibility campaigns, and driving market share growth with an annual turnover of Rs. 12 crore. Prior to this, Aditya completed a market research internship at Impact Communications in April 2014. Aditya holds an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar) and a B.E. in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jai Narain College of Technology and Science.
