Edwin Hoebaus

Edwin Hoebaus has a progressive work experience in risk management and treasury operations. Edwin started their career at UniCredit Bank Austria AG as a Treasury Operations Specialist from July 2007 to March 2010. Edwin then joined HypoVereinsbank - UniCredit - Deutschland, serving as a Treasury Operations Specialist and Process Analyst from March 2010 to October 2011. Following that, Edwin worked as a Risk Manager at Pioneer Investments Austria GmbH from October 2011 to March 2015. Edwin then joined Amundi as a Risk Controller from March 2015 to June 2018, and later promoted to the role of Risk Manager from June 2018 to January 2020. Currently, Edwin is the Head of Emerging Markets Risk at Amundi since January 2020.

Edwin Hoebaus obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Banking and Finance from Fachhochschule des BFI Wien, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. In terms of additional certifications, they received a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) in 2017. Edwin also obtained a Sustainability and Climate Risk Certificate from GARP in May 2023.
