Manoj Kukshal

Manoj Kukshal is an experienced professional in the automotive parts industry, currently serving as the Regional Parts Manager at AMW Motors Ltd since December 2013, overseeing sales and marketing operations across eight states in North India. Responsibilities include inventory control, business planning, and enhancing customer retention for fleet owners, along with strategic coordination with cross-functional teams. Prior to this, Manoj held the position of Territory Manager at Timken India Limited, successfully managing channel sales and inventory while driving customer engagement initiatives. Earlier career experience includes serving as Branch Manager at Lucas Indian Service Limited, handling business growth and operations for multiple locations, and as a Sales Officer at Jullunder Motor Agency. Manoj holds a PG Diploma in Marketing & Sales Management from the Indian Institute of Management & Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree from D.A.V (PG) College, Dehradun.
