Guido Jacobs has an extensive work experience that spans several companies and roles. Guido is currently employed at Amway Europe as the Director of Delivery Experience & Customer Service for Europe, Southern Africa, Australia & New Zealand since June 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Delivery Experience at Amway Europe from February 2022 to June 2023.
Before joining Amway, Guido worked at zooplus as the Global Head of Procurement for Inventory Management, Transportation, and Final Mile Delivery Experience from July 2018 to January 2022.
From 2014 to 2018, Guido held the role of World Wide Director of Operations & Manufacturing at Trimble Inc. Guido also served as Director of EMEA Fulfillment Centers and Head of EMEA Distribution & Logistics at Trimble from November 2009 to December 2013.
Prior to Trimble, Guido worked at Penske Logistics as a Senior Logistics Center Manager and Strategic Account Executive from 2006 to 2009. Guido also gained experience at DHL Exel Supply Chain as a Senior Manager Operations for BeNeLux from 2002 to 2006.
In addition, Guido held roles at HANOS International Food & Beverage wholesale as a Logistics Manager from 1998 to 2002, Schenker as a Logistics Manager from 1995 to 1998, and Lensing & Brockhausen GmbH Germany as a Licensed Customs Broker from 1989 to 1994.
Guido Jacobs completed an MBA in International Logistics & Supply Chain Management & Business Jurisdiction from the University of 'S Hertogenbosch from 1993 to 1996. Guido later earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Jurisdiction from the same university in 2002-2003. Additionally, Guido has undergone training in the Change Acceleration Program (CAP), obtained a Green Belt in Lean SixSigma, and gained skills in Personal Leadership through the Personal Leadership Skills (PELS) program.
