Olena Boldakova has extensive experience in event management and coordination, particularly within Amway Europe since April 2010, holding multiple senior roles including Senior Recognition Designer and European Special Events Data Management Lead. In this capacity, Olena oversees event-related data and qualifications for over 5,000 participants across 29 European markets. Prior to this, Olena served in various roles at Amway Ukraine from 2003 to 2010, focusing on high-level conferences and local events, as well as providing support to Amway Business Owners. Earlier career positions included project management and administrative roles at the International Centre for Policy Studies and Peter Hackett and Partners. Olena's education includes a Master’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Kyiv National Linguistics University and a Business Foundations program at the University of Pennsylvania.
