Randy Wheeler

Randy Wheeler began their work experience at Plante Moran in 1996 as a Sr. Auditor, where they conducted financial statement audits for small to medium size companies in various industries. Randy also gained tax preparation experience and developed strong interpersonal skills. In 2000, they joined Amway Corporation as a Sr Internal Auditor, where they planned and conducted internal audits for various Amway affiliates worldwide. Randy identified control weaknesses, accounting errors, and opportunities for cost savings. Randy also prepared and issued final audit reports. In 2004, they moved to Amway Russia as an Assistant Manager Finance, where they helped develop the finance department and ensured adherence to US GAAP and Amway global accounting practices. Randy extended their assignment for two additional years due to business growth. In 2010, Randy joined Amway Europe as a Lead Regional Business Analyst, responsible for business planning and analysis for European Amway affiliates. Randy also served as a finance subject matter expert for the implementation of Oracle E-business accounting system.

Randy Wheeler holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Western Michigan University.
