Cta Andrea Thompson

Andrea Thompson, CTA has a diverse work experience which includes roles in the hospitality industry as well as the non-profit sector. From 2016 to the present, Andrea has been working at Amway Grand Plaza, starting as an At Your Service Agent on the third shift and subsequently being promoted to Front Office Lead on the third shift. Currently, Andrea holds the position of Rooms Division Manager on the third shift.

Before joining Amway Grand Plaza, Andrea worked at AmeriCorps NCCC from October 2015 to July 2016 as a Corps Member and Assistant Team Leader. Prior to that, Andrea gained experience at Mt. Pleasant Discovery Museum from February 2013 to August 2015 as a Play Facilitator and Volunteer Coordinator.

Andrea Thompson, CTA pursued their higher education from 2010 to 2014 at Central Michigan University. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies, specializing in the general field of study.
