Aarti Sodhi

Aarti Sodhi has extensive work experience in various industries such as insurance, consultancy, and training. Aarti started their career at Pearl International Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. as an Executive, where they marketed services and handled back-office operations. Aarti then worked at ING Vysya Life Insurance as an Agent Advisor, achieving high sales and rankings within the company. Aarti also worked at ISO Consultancy Services as an Assistant Manager, handling new business ventures and training clients on new processes.

Aarti later joined HDFC Life as a Sales and Development Manager, responsible for identifying and screening potential candidates for enrollment as financial consultants. Aarti also worked at NIS Sparta as a Consultant Trainer and Aviva Life Insurance as a Cluster Training Manager and Branch Training Manager. In these roles, they conducted training programs, evaluated program effectiveness, and motivated teams to achieve organizational goals.

Aarti also had their own business venture as the Founder Platinum of Amway India Enterprises. Aarti then worked as a Director & Business Partner at The Gyani Says - Crown Consultants, where they conducted corporate training programs and identified training needs based on projected changes. Most recently, Aarti served as the Regional Training Manager at PNB MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd.

Throughout their career, Aarti has demonstrated strong skills in communication, leadership, time management, and team building. Aarti has a proven track record of achieving sales targets, evaluating training programs, and providing effective training solutions.

Aarti Sodhi holds a Licentiate degree in Life Insurance from the Insurance Institute of India, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Aarti also has a certification as a Certified Trainer for Producer Development Series from LIMRA in 2009. Additionally, they are certified as a Magic Trainer from Life Learning Solutions in 2008. Aarti also completed a certification examination in Mutual Fund Distributors from the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) in 2007. Aarti has a Nutrition & Wellness Advisor degree from Nutrilite Health Institute in 2004. Aarti completed their graduation from Delhi University from 1998 to 2002, majoring in Bachelor of Arts. Aarti also has completed a diploma in International Travel Agents Training Program from IATA Training in 1999, and a certificate course in Airline Ticketing from Sita Academy in 1998. Aarti completed their XII grade from Earthinators Climate School in 1998. Lastly, they obtained an IGCSE degree from International school Ibadan Nigeria from 1986 to 1996.
