Rajeev Dasgupta

Rajeev Dasgupta has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in manufacturing and supply chain management. Rajeev is currently serving as the Senior Vice President - Global Manufacturing Excellence at Amway India Enterprises Private Limited, where they are responsible for implementing global manufacturing excellence initiatives across multiple plants. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President - Manufacturing at Amway, overseeing contract manufacturing locations and in-house manufacturing facility, achieving significant cost savings. Rajeev also served as the Associate Vice President - Manufacturing and Projects, leading the start-up of a green-field plant. Earlier in their career, Rajeev worked at Procter & Gamble in roles such as India Beautycare Supply Chain Leader, S.C. Capability Manager, Fabric and Homecare AAI Planning Manager, Plant Logistics and Healthcare Operations Manager, and Healthcare Production Manager. Rajeev has a background in project management and packaging solutions from their time at ITW Signode India Ltd.

Rajeev Dasgupta obtained their Post Graduate Degree in Management specializing in Operations Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Silchar between 1989 and 1994.
