Ritika Malik has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Ritika started their career in 2008 as a Senior Manager Human Resources at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, where they worked until 2014. In 2015, they joined Amway India Enterprises Private Limited as a Regional Human Resources Manager for the North region. Ritika held this position until 2018 and then transitioned to the role of Talent Development & Engagement Lead for India until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they served as the Head of Talent Management in India. In 2021, they moved to the global team at Amway as the Global Talent Management Lead, focusing on enterprise succession planning, top talent, and leadership development. As of 2023, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Amway India Enterprises Private Limited.
Ritika Malik completed their PGDM in Human Resource Management from FORE School of Management, New Delhi, from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Sri Venkateshwara College, DU, from 2003 to 2006. Ritika completed their schooling at Delhi Public School, R.K Puram, before 2003.
