John Kawase

John Kawase has a strong background in finance and has held various leadership roles in different companies. John started their career at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as a Senior Manager, where they worked for ten years. John then joined Coca-Cola (Japan) as a Strategic Finance Manager before transitioning to Twentieth Century Fox as the Director of Finance & Administration. After that, they served as the Head of Finance at adidas and later as the VP of Finance & IT at Zimmer. John then worked at American Express International, Inc. as the Vice President and Lead Controller for North Asia for six years. Currently, they hold the position of CFO at AMWAY JAPAN G.K. where they are responsible for financial planning analysis and overall financial management.

John Kawase attended Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting.
