Amber Snow

Amber Snow is a dynamic talent management and diversity, equity, and inclusion leader with extensive experience in HR and sales. They served as a Human Resources Intern at Caterpillar Inc. and gained field sales experience as a Territory Sales Manager Intern at PM USA. Over the years, they worked in various roles at TEKsystems, Beacon Hill Staffing Group, and Amway, where they now hold the position of Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Talent Acquisition. With a strong commitment to fostering a culture of inclusivity, Amber integrates diversity and inclusion into every aspect of their work. Their academic journey includes studies at Purdue University.
