Andres Diaz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning technology and instructional design, currently serving as a Senior Learning Technology Solutions Specialist at Amway since July 2020. In this role, Andres leads the strategy, design, and development of training programs for North American field distributors, utilizing tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite. Prior experience includes positions at Maestro, where Andres managed client accounts and consulted on sales training initiatives, and various roles focusing on recruitment, sales development, and educational instruction. As a co-owner of Descubre, a purpose-driven outdoor street brand, Andres is committed to inspiring self-discovery and challenging stereotypes. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Educational & Instructional Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a Marketing Minor, both from Western Michigan University.
