Caleb Steele

Caleb Steele is a Chemical Engineer currently working at Amway since November 2024. Prior to this role, Caleb served as a System Engineer at Gentex Corporation briefly in September to November 2024, and as a Principal Systems Engineer at Baxter International Inc. from May 2022 to November 2024, where responsibilities included leading R&D activities for Class II medical infusion pumps and overseeing change control management processes. Previously, Caleb worked at Navistar Inc. in multiple engineering positions from 2018 to 2022, focusing on structural and materials engineering. Earlier experience includes research assistant roles at the University of Illinois at Chicago and the University of Michigan, along with a position as a Chemist at TriMatrix Laboratories, Inc. Caleb holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Trinity Christian College.
