Chad Hitchens

Chad Hitchens has extensive experience in packaging engineering and quality programs, currently serving as the Manager of Package Engineering for Healthy Beauty and Home at Amway since 2013. In this role, Chad leads packaging development in Home Care and oversees global technology transfer and the Global R&D Package Evaluation and Testing Laboratory. Prior to this, Chad worked at Amway from 2000 to 2012 in various capacities, including Senior Scientist for Global Quality Programs and Scientist for Global Product Services, focusing on quality issues and the transfer of packaging technology. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging Science from Michigan State University, earned in 1999.
