Izabela Pawlik possesses extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as the RTR Process Owner at Amway since January 2020, where previous roles included RTR Team Leader and Senior RTR Accountant. Prior to Amway, Izabela was a Senior RTR Accountant and RTR Accountant at IBM BTO Business Consulting Services Sp. z o.o. from December 2015 to January 2020, focusing on general ledger processes, journal entries, financial statements, and month-end close operations.
