Joseph Vig, MBA, A-CSM, possesses extensive experience in project management and agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at Amway since November 2019, Joseph has previously held leadership roles, including Senior Project Manager at Initech Global and Project Manager at Meijer Inc. Joseph contributed to organizational transformation as a Project Manager Consultant at Kforce, focusing on a matrix-style structure for a large ITS department. With a foundation as a Professional Services Consultant and a directorship at the West Michigan Chapter of PMI, Joseph combines practical expertise with advanced education, holding an MBA from Western Michigan University and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Ferris State University.
