Katelin Spielmaker

Katelin Spielmaker is an accomplished leader at Amway with over a decade of experience, currently serving as the Director of Leader Growth Solutions. In this role, Katelin leads a team of Account Managers focused on enhancing the growth of Amway Business Owners through strategic leadership development and data-driven insights. Throughout their career at Amway, Katelin has held several key positions, including Director of Learning and Development, Manager of Communications, and Manager of Recognition, demonstrating a commitment to education, communication, and engagement. Prior to Amway, Katelin worked at McCahill Group as a Brand Ambassador, effectively representing the Amway brand at various events. Katelin holds a degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Marist College.
