Kelly Goetgeluck

Kelly Goetgeluck has over 20 years of work experience in various engineering roles. Kelly started their career as a Process Engineer at Earth Tech in 1997 and then worked as a Validation Scientist at BioPort Corporation from 1999 to 2000. Kelly then joined SSOE Group as a Process Engineer from 2000 to 2001.

In 2001, Kelly joined Pfizer's Product & Process Technology Group as a Process Engineer. Kelly worked there for six years before moving to Amway in 2007. At Amway, they started as a Sr. Scientist - Process Engineer in the Beauty Product Development department. In 2014, they transitioned to the Nutrition Business Sustaining Group and took on the role of a Senior Chemical Engineer, responsible for leading or supporting various business sustaining projects. In 2016, they were promoted to the position of Principal Chemical Engineer, where they continued to contribute to the development of sustainable solutions, cost savings, and meeting project deadlines.
