Mary Swenson

Mary Swenson has extensive experience in technology management and software development, primarily at Amway since January 1995. In their role as Technology Manager - Product Engineering, Mary has successfully led globally distributed teams in delivering custom web, mobile, SaaS, and on-premise software solutions, fostering close collaboration with business domains and managing financial aspects such as budgeting and software renewals. Previous positions at Amway include Principal IT Systems Analyst, where Mary contributed to product development, quality assurance, and global project management, as well as Senior IT Systems Analyst and Senior Software Developer, focusing on SaaS implementations and event management software. Early in their career, Mary worked as a Software Developer at Thermotron Industries and Johnson Controls. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Technology/Computer Information Systems from Ferris State University and an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Bay de Noc Community College.
