Ozlem Ozkaya

Ozlem Ozkaya, PMP, CSM, has extensive experience in project and scrum management, primarily at Amway since October 2012, where roles have included Scrum Master for the Customer Management team and Senior Information Technology Project Manager. Ozkaya has successfully managed the implementation of key projects, including e-commerce solutions, and has utilized tools such as JIRA and Confluence to enhance team collaboration. Previous experience includes significant roles at GFT Global Markets, Quad, McDonald's, Acquity Group, and Motorola, contributing to high-revenue projects and the development of corporate IT systems.
