Randy Betz

Randy Betz has extensive experience in the field of packaging and industrial design, currently serving as the Mgr- PXI, Industrial Design & Rapid Prototyping at Amway since February 2005. In this role, Randy leads various teams focused on developing rapid prototypes, product design concepts, and ensuring packaging integrity. Previous positions at Amway include Group Manager for Nutrition and PC/Beauty Packaging R&D, where responsibilities included managing packaging engineers and overseeing custom packaging development. Randy has also held the role of Principal Project Manager, leading strategic programs, and worked as a Sr. Research Scientist, specializing in process development for electrical/mechanical assemblies. Prior to Amway, Randy gained valuable experience as a Manufacturing/Process Engineer at Cascade Engineering. Randy holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University and an Associate in Science degree in Chemistry from Grand Rapids Community College.
