Ana Hugener is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Senior Investment Associate at Energize Capital since July 2023. Additionally, Ana holds positions as a Board Observer at Elum Energy, focused on energy management systems for renewable assets, and at Grid Status, which provides insights into electrical grid activities, both since August 2024. Previously, Ana worked as a Senior Associate and Associate at Insight Partners from June 2021 to June 2023, and as a Consultant for Private Equity at McKinsey & Company from June 2017 to May 2021. Ana completed a Bachelor of Science in Financial Engineering, with minors in Economics and East Asian Studies, at Columbia University.
