Founder of multiple mission-driven ventures including:

• I AM Noticed – A Culture Operating System for Schools helping educators build connection, kindness, and confidence at scale.

• The Noticed Network / Noticing Goodness – A movement and brand dedicated to helping people notice the goodness in themselves and others.

• Through the Green Door (launching 2027) – A creative leadership and idea incubation platform.

• Million Dollar Napkin Society (launching 2027) – A community for big thinkers who believe ideas scribbled on napkins can change the world.

I build companies that help people feel Noticed.

Because when people feel Noticed, something powerful happens.
Confidence grows.
Connection deepens.
Possibility expands.

Over the past decade, my work in education through I AM Noticed has helped more than 200,000 students, educators, and families strengthen school culture by intentionally building connection, kindness, and confidence.

Today we are scaling that work through a digital culture platform designed to support schools across the country.

But education is only part of the story.

At the center of everything I build is a simple belief:
When we Notice goodness in ourselves and others, the world becomes a better place.

That belief has grown into a broader ecosystem of ideas, products, communities, and movements that help people live, lead, and create with intention.

Through my companies and communities I am working to:
• Help schools build sustainable positive culture
• Inspire people to notice the goodness in others
• Create spaces where bold ideas and visionary thinking can grow

The long-term vision is simple:

Build high-impact companies that create massive value exchange while making the world more connected, confident, and kind.

If you care about education, culture, leadership, or the power of Noticing goodness, we are probably already aligned.

And do you know what ALWAYS shows up when that happens???
Confidence
