Richard S. Kendall is a seasoned executive with a diverse range of leadership roles in various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member at Amyna Systems Inc. and a Venture Partner at IronGate Capital Advisors, Kendall also holds the position of Chairman at Impera Intelligence Group, a company specializing in global intelligence, investigations, and cybersecurity services. As Managing Partner of Kendall Family Interests LLC, Kendall oversees investments in stable assets and early-stage growth companies. Additionally, Kendall is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation, which provides rapid financial assistance to families of federal law enforcement personnel in times of tragedy. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Syracuse University and completion of the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School.
