Daniel Moreira has a wealth of experience in the legal field. Daniel began their career in 2001 as a Lawyer at Metello e Moreira Advogados. In 2007, they moved to Metello, Moreira, Scardovelli e Ferreira Advogados, where they continued to work as a Lawyer. In 2009, they were hired as a Legal Manager at EMS, where they were also responsible for Regulatory Affairs and National and International, Public and Private Contracts. In 2015, they joined Sage as Local and International Reporting, National and International, Public and Private Contracts, Corporate Law, Risks, Compliance & Ethics, Litigation and Management of Specialized Law Firms, Intellectual Property, Real Estate, Facilities and Procurement, Sales Representatives, Integration of Legal Management - Business Units, New Projects, and People Management. In 2020, they became Head of Legal & Director at Amyris.

Daniel Moreira has a varied educational background. In 1994, they completed their Graduation from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in Law School. In 2004, they completed their Post-graduation from Centro Universitário Senac in Environmental Management. From 2010 to 2012, they completed their MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in Business Law. In 2016, they completed their Post-graduation from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa in Digital Law.
