Elizabeth Albino has a wide range of work experience. Elizabeth began their career in 2002 as a Manager of Institutional Consulting at Leerink Swann, where they provided quantitative and qualitative market research polling solutions for all company divisions. In 2005, they became a Wine Steward at VINO Miami. From 2007 to 2011, they were a Teaching Assistant and Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Davis. Elizabeth then moved to Monterey Wine Company as a Lab and Quality Control Manager in 2011. In 2013, they became a Lead Quality Analyst at Pyramid Breweries. In 2014, they joined Codexis, Inc. as a Research Associate, where they ran E. coli fermentation scale-ups from shake flask to 15L production batches in bioreactors and performed downstream processing on harvested cells. Finally, in 2016, they became a Quality Assurance Engineer and Bioprocess Associate at Amyris.

Elizabeth Albino completed their Bachelor of Science in Biology at Tufts University in 2001. Elizabeth then went on to pursue their Master of Science in Viticulture and Enology at the University of California, Davis, which they completed in 2011.
