Lori Eng-Lapinskas

Lori Eng-Lapinskas is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in project and program management. Currently serving as Senior IT Manager for ERP Product Management and Enterprise PMO at Amy's Kitchen since October 2017, Lori leads the ERP Program strategy and builds enterprise PMO practices. Prior to this role, Lori held multiple positions at Bio-Rad Laboratories, including Global IT Manager focused on CRM solutions, where responsibilities encompassed the development and support of innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform. Earlier career experiences include project management roles as a consultant for Autodesk, Inc., and self-employment, alongside a foundation in design from Stanford University, where Lori earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.
