Norm Robert is an experienced engineering and maintenance professional with a career spanning over three decades in the food manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Plant Engineering Manager and previously as Maintenance Manager at Amy's Kitchen since July 2015, Norm has extensive expertise in managing maintenance functions and large teams. Previous roles include Maintenance Manager at ConAgra Foods, Maintenance Supervisor at Kraft Foods, and Maintenance Manager/Project Engineer at Campbell Soup Supply Company, among others. Norm's skill set includes implementing maintenance reliability improvement plans, managing significant budgets, and applying various engineering methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. Norm holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
