Significant experience was acquired at BAE Systems, Inc. as Quality Engineering Manager, where Timothy designed and improved quality standards and led teams for continuous improvement initiatives from 2008 to 2018. Additional management expertise includes roles at UDLP and BMY - Harsco Corp., focusing on production program management and quality assurance.
