Mark Kedney

Mark Kedney currently serves as the Head of Procurement and Services at An Garda Síochána since April 2023, after a significant tenure at Bord Bia where responsibilities included managing procurement and facilities from January 2009 to April 2023. With expertise in supporting departmental strategies and adherence to governance models, Mark also contributed as Honorary Secretary at IIPMM and as a board member for the Forum on Public Procurement in Ireland. Previous roles include Category Manager positions at both Hospital Procurement Services Group and eircom, along with extensive experience as a Senior Buyer at both Alcatel-Lucent and Motorola. Mark holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Strategic Procurement from Dublin City University and a Certificate in Policing and Human Rights Law from the University of Limerick.
