Jenny Lardner

Jenny Lardner is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at Ana Luisa since February 2025. Prior to this role, Jenny held various positions at Heyday, including Strategic Operations Associate Director, where key achievements included leading the allocations and inventory management for the US portfolio and launching numerous innovations across multiple platforms. Previous roles at Deloitte involved strategic consulting that resulted in significant cost savings for clients, alongside a foundational career in diverse sectors including solar energy and retail. Jenny holds a Master's in Engineering with a focus on Technology Entrepreneurship from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor's in Management Science and Information Systems from Trinity College Dublin.
