Inside Account Manager at Anacapa Micro Products

David Garcia's work experience begins in 2014 when they joined Enterprise as a Management Trainee. During their time in this role, they focused on providing excellent service, establishing client relations, and generating growth through active marketing. David also successfully maximized revenue by offering additional vehicle selections and optional protection products.

In 2015, David was promoted to Management Assistant, where they gained experience in day-to-day branch operations and managed a fleet of over 200 cars. David also trained and mentored employees on sales tactics, client relations, and business management.

From 2018 to 2020, David served as a Senior Account Specialist for Enterprise. In this role, they worked closely with Farmer's Insurance Claims Adjusters to reduce costs, improve client service, and manage rental severity. David also acted as a liaison between branch personnel, insurance companies, and body shops to increase referral business.

In 2020, David joined ANACAPA Micro Products, Inc. as an Inside Account Manager. David plays a vital role in driving the growth of IT hardware, software, and integrated solutions sales to Federal Systems Integrators and US Government clients. David collaborates with cross-departmental colleagues to develop sales strategies and ensures high levels of customer retention and satisfaction while meeting monthly quotas.

David Garcia attended California State University, Northridge from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in Public Health with a focus on Public Health Education.
