Carlos Martins

Carlos Martins is a Telecommunications Engineer at ANACOM, specializing in cybersecurity and electronic communications networks and services. Carlos represents Portugal at various international meetings and expert groups, such as ENISA and CEPT, focusing on emergency communications.
