Paulo Serra

Paulo Serra is an experienced professional in the telecommunications and regulatory sectors, currently serving as Head of Innovation Management at ANACOM since 2022. With a tenure at ANACOM starting in 1999, Paulo has held key roles including QoS Unit Coordinator from 2016 to 2022 and International Affairs Consultant from 2007 to 2015, where support was provided to the Body of European Regulators of Electronic Communications (BEREC). Prior to joining ANACOM, Paulo worked at Câmara Municipal de Santarém as Head of Unit, TMI as a Sales Executive where a significant contract was negotiated, Global One as an Account Manager, and France Telecom as Pre-Sales. Academic background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from The Lisbon MBA and a degree in Electrical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.
