Michael Raia

Michael Raia, CPA, has a diverse background in accounting and finance. Currently serving as President of the Steam Locomotive Heritage Association, Michael is dedicated to preserving and operating steam locomotive Soo Line 1003. Additionally, as a Trustee and Treasurer at Lake States Railway Historical Association, Michael is actively involved in preserving railway history. With experience at companies such as Anacostia Rail Holdings, Life Fitness, USG, First National Bank of Chicago, and Talman Home Savings & Loan, Michael has a strong foundation in financial reporting and management. Michael holds an MBA in Information Technology from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BA in Accounting from the University of Illinois Chicago.
