Caglar Akpinar

Caglar Akpinar has over 17 years of experience in software development and project management. Caglar started their career in 2002 as a Project Manager and Webmaster at Make Fresh Media, where they were responsible for building and maintaining websites for companies like Turkcell and Garanti. Caglar then joined eFabrika in 2007 as a Project Manager and Lead Developer, where they focused on architecture and maintenance of the company's platforms. In 2014, Caglar joined Anadolu Agency as a Software Deputy Manager, where they played a key role in building the "News Flow System" using C# and ASP.NET. Caglar later became the Chief Software Developer, taking charge of technical management and leading in-house projects.

Caglar Akpinar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management Information Systems from Istanbul Bilgi University, which they earned from 2022 to 2024. Caglar also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Visual Communication Design from the same university, completed from 1999 to 2007. Additionally, Caglar has completed their secondary education at Istanbul Erkek Lisesi, specializing in Mathematics. Caglar has obtained certifications in Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2022.
