Emel Akand

Emel Akand has over a decade of experience in marketing and project management, currently serving as Assistant Manager at Marketing for ANADOLU HAYAT EMEKLİLİK since April 2012. In this role, Emel acts as Product Owner for the Digital Customer Experience Management Team, focusing on enhancing customer experiences in self-service digital channels. Previous roles include Marketing Specialist, where Emel was involved in customer journey mapping and marketing campaigns, as well as Specialist in Change and Project Management, contributing to various digital channel projects. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Innovation Economics and Management from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Middle East Technical University.
