Tolga Akkaya is a distinguished academic and legal expert currently serving as Prof. Dr. at Anadolu Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesi since October 2018, after previously holding the position of Assoc. Tolga Akkaya completed a Doctorate in Private Law (Doktora) and a Master's in Private Law (Yüksek Lisans) at Anadolu University, following an undergraduate degree at the same institution.
