Seung-Hwan Song

Seung-Hwan Song is an experienced professional with a diverse background in various roles and industries. Seung-Hwan is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of ANAFLASH Inc, a position they have held since May 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Co-Founder of the same company from October 2017 to April 2020.

In addition to their entrepreneurial endeavors, Seung-Hwan has also held leadership positions in other organizations. Seung-Hwan is the CEO and Founder of SEMIBRAIN Inc, starting from May 2020. Seung-Hwan has been a Visiting Professor at Sogang University since February 2020.

Seung-Hwan's technical expertise lies in the field of engineering, particularly in memory solutions. Seung-Hwan worked as a Contractor at SK hynix memory solutions America Inc. from January 2019 to June 2019. Previously, they served as a Senior Staff Engineer at the same company from January 2018 to December 2018. Their responsibilities included the development of enterprise SSDs and drive performance characterization.

Before joining SK hynix, Seung-Hwan worked as a Principal Research Engineer at Western Digital Corporation from January 2014 to October 2017. Seung-Hwan also gained valuable industry experience as an Engineering Intern at Seagate Technology, Qualcomm Technologies, and Broadcom Corporation in 2013 and 2012, respectively.

Seung-Hwan started their career as a Research Scientist and Senior Engineer at Samsung Electronics from February 2006 to June 2009. Prior to that, they served as an Army Infantry in the Republic of Korea Army from July 1999 to September 2001.

Seung-Hwan Song completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S) in Electrical Engineering at Seoul National University from 1998 to 2004. Seung-Hwan then pursued a Master of Science (M.S) in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the same university from 2004 to 2006. Afterward, Seung-Hwan enrolled at the University of Minnesota, where they obtained a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, specializing in the field, from 2009 to 2013.

Aside from their academic degrees, Seung-Hwan Song also obtained several certifications. In November 2017, they completed a certification in "Convolutional Neural Networks" from Coursera. Additionally, in February 2018, they obtained certifications in both "Deep Learning Specialization" and "Sequence Models" from Coursera as well.
