Chaitra S has a diverse work experience in recruiting, team building, account management, and talent acquisition. Chaitra worked as an Account Manager and Senior Associate at TopHire.co, a recruitment marketplace in India. Chaitra also served as a talent acquisition intern at TopHire.co and worked on devising and administering applicant tests. Chaitra was a student of Msc Psychology Human Resource Development and Management at Christ University, Bangalore. Chaitra was an HR intern at Samasta Microfinance Limited, Bengaluru, where they successfully devised and deployed an intervention program for employees' emotional intelligence. Chaitra previously worked as an Assistant Counselor at Manasa Neuropsychiatric Hospital-India, where they provided comprehensive case management and administered intelligence assessments on children and Depression assessment tool on adults.
