Jim Quismorio

Jim Quismorio is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and corporate strategy. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Analog Capital since August 2013, Jim leads an institutional fund manager focused on empowering technology founders in Asia. In addition, Jim serves as a Partner at Ansible Ventures and Forge Ventures, two dedicated seed funds launched in 2022 and 2021 respectively. Previous roles include Portfolio Manager at a private family office and Managing Director at both Nomura and Lehman Brothers, where significant contributions were made to corporate strategy and notable financial transactions occurred. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, complemented by a year at Waseda University.
